Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
If you receive a product that is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a refund or arranging for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
In the case of fresh produce or perishable goods, we cannot accept returns as these products have a limited shelf life.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.

The above policy applies only to products purchased through Zepmefy.
Customized or special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that do not meet our return policy criteria.
