Delivery:
The Application provides a delivery service for groceries. The delivery time for your order will be within Two hours from the time you place your order, subject to availability.
Payment:
You agree to pay for all products and services you purchase through the Application. Payment can be made by COD, UPI, Net Banking, Credit or Debit card.
Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been delivered, and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Product Availability:
We make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the Application are available. However, in some cases, a product may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to select a different product or receive a refund.
Accuracy of Information:
We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on the Application is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
Intellectual Property:
The Application and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Application and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without the express written consent of the Application.
Modifications to the Application:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from any modifications or discontinuance of the Application.
Termination:
We may terminate these Terms and your use of the Application at any time and for any reason without notice.
Governing Law:
These Terms and your use of the Application will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is based.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Application, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Application with respect to your use of the Application, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations.
